The Solution

I designed and implemented a fully HIPAA-compliant server-side tracking infrastructure. This included GTM server-side containers that process data without exposing PHI to third-party scripts, CallRail integration for dynamic number insertion and call attribution, a custom Looker Studio dashboard showing real-time campaign performance across all conversion types, and enhanced conversion tracking for Google Ads that maintains compliance while feeding accurate signals to the algorithm.
